Order Status

When to expect your order

Distinctive Stores strives to ship all in stock items within 48 hours. Most in stock items will arrive in 5 – 7 days, but some items are shipped from the manufacturer and may take longer for delivery.

Order tracking

Distinctive Stores will send an email notifying you that your order has been shipped and what shipping method was used. If tracking information is available, a tracking number will be provided to you along with the website address to track your order.

Back ordered items

Any items that are currently not in stock will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Cancelling or changing an order after it is submitted

If you should decide that you no longer want an ordered item or wish to change your order, please e-mail us immediately at customerservice@distinctivestores.com. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the merchandise, but Distinctive Stores will not be able to refund any of the shipping costs.

Volume discounts & volume orders

Distinctive Stores prices their products to provide the maximum discount to the customer. Distinctive Stores will not provide quantity discounts on the item pricing. Distinctive Stores reserves the right to limit quantities per customer, in order to meet the needs of all our customers. Distinctive Stores prohibits purchases made for the purpose of resale.

Substitutions/Availability

We reserve the right to substitute merchandise of equal or better quality if the merchandise requested has been sold out. Distinctive Stores shall not be responsible for advertising errors. Due to limited availability and fluctuations in market pricing, Distinctive Stores prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping services

We ship online orders via FedEx and USPS.

Shipping to a different location other than your billing address

You may change your shipping address during the “Checkout Process” and on the final “Confirmation Page”.

Shipping to destinations outside the continental United States

We only ship within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Additional shipping charges will apply. If placing your order online, the additional shipping charges will be shown on your order based on your shipping address. Shipping to PO Boxes

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping internationally

We do not ship internationally and only ship within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
